Volunteer things

Could you give an example of a situation where you encouraged other people?

- Actually, I don't have many experience that I encouraged other people by any volunteer work.

   But I did volunteer work operating our company, it's volunteer work for disabled people.

   They have a autism so they're very shy, and they did abnormal activity..

   our mission was that help them to cook themselves. we made a Korean 김밥. and then, I felt so good because I thought I did a good deed.

   Also I have a regular contribution for children. 

How did you know they were not doing or performing effectively?

- actually, I think, I'm very selfish person because I seriously don't have any experience

   I saw an old women was bringing some heavy item in the road. So I helped her
